Douglaston is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Douglaston follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Food was all delicious, including classic ramen, hojicha ramen, eel rice, gyoza, hamachi and karage. Gyoza is interesting because it’s served with all the pieces connected by the thin sheet that forms when cooking. You can easily pull it apart. Place is small with only a few tables and clean simple modern decor. Service was fine but not friendly.

Small cosy place was full when I ate. Chicken karaage nicely done with a nice dipping sauce and a fresh juicy wedge of lemon. Chashu was tender and melt in your mouth. The tsukumen ramen was better textured with a tasty dipping but the classic was not that bad too! Broth was flavourful. Appreciate the nice chilli flakes on request. Friendly waitress with careful service. A gem!

Very good experience. Subtle flavors, yet rich. Only had the classic ramen. Very, very good. The menu is on a small side, which is good. I definitely recommend going there. I’m going back soon to taste the other flavors.

Ramen is absolutely delicious! We got the fried enoki mushrooms, hojicha and yasai ramen and the sweet potato cheesecake! So light & fresh! The Matcha Yuzu tea is so good! New fave ramen spot :))

A warm delight! I was craving ramen and came here. Lots of parking outside. Maybe 9 small tables. We were immediately welcomed and sat down. It was nice and warm during a cold day. The decor was simple, muted but elevated. Everything seemed intentional from the furniture to the actual dish-ware. We had the gyoza and classic ramen. 10/10. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. Service was amazing. We also got the roasted green tea pot and that was delicious as well and I loved the carafe it was served it. Prices were affordable as well for a nice restaurant. I will be going back and I recommend you all try it too.
